"We cannot have peace among men whose hearts find delight in killing any living creature"

I just watched the most horrific video. I was on PETA's website earlier, looking at their campaigns since I hadn't been on there in a while, and was horrified when I came across www.jlodown.com. It's a website dedicated to getting Jennifer Lopez to stop wearing/making fur coats. I debated whether I should watch one of the videos or not but decided to at least try. I was sobbing uncontrollably within seconds and only made it through about a minute of the video before I had to throw up. I have never been so affected by anything I've seen in my entire life! A close second was when I visited Hiroshima and became violently ill at one of the museums. Unlike today, that experience was an all day event- it took me a good few hours before I got sick. I guess I have a physical reaction to cruelty in any form.

It took me several minutes to gain composure- my hands wouldn't stop shaking and I couldn't stop crying either. The torture some people can inflict on helpless animals astounds me. It makes me mad but even more than that, it devastates me. I truly feel like my heart has been broken in half and stomped on right now. I thought about posting the video on here but I just can't do it. I can't even post a picture because I would have a meldown every time I looked at my blog so I'm going to encourage whoever reads this to spend a few minutes on PETA's website. There is just no excuse for cruelty, to any living creature.
