Happy 40th Anniversary, Sesame Street!!!! I was a Sesame kid growing up and still find it comforting to watch (although not nearly as much as Arthur). I spent quite a bit of my evening youtubing Sesame Street and I love all the memories those wonderfully quirky videos bring back. It's hard to decide which character is my favorite- one minute I think it's Snuffleupagus and then it's Elmo and the indecisiveness goes on and on. One thing's for sure, without Bert and Ernie playing such an integral part of mine and my sister's childhoods, I am not sure what my tortoises would have been named. Unlike the Sesame Bert and Ernie, my Bert and Ernie still can't live together in harmony. Oh how I wish they could...
