This week's TCU game was OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING! Josiah came in from Houston and Jacob came in from Austin and it was great to have all of my closest TCU pals together- it's been ages! There was a crowd of over 50,000 people cheering for our #4 team, lots of great rave music and plenty of drunk fans to keep things entertaining for the rest of us. The guy who stood next to me, Chris, was hilarious! He had absolutely no sense of personal space and was leaning into me the whole first half of the game. He provided some great commentary though as we discussed the new uniforms and he talked about play strategies while I pretended to listen. Anways, there was LOTS of good football playin' and that's what matters! We beat Utah, 55 to 28 :)
My FAVORITE tree on campus is about to meet the chipper :( I am fighting to save it, or at least to keep part of the trunk. Emails have already been sent out! This tree helped me through some very difficult times and I just can't let it go without trying to save it.
