My sweet sis gave me a Neti Pot a few months back to help with my allergies. I finally got around to using it for the first time last night and it was quite an experience! I often wish I would document funny moments to have a good laugh later but alas, I was not able to pour the salt solution in one nostril, watch it come out the other, keep my shirt free from the liquid mess while accidentally swallowing/coughing and take pictures. I am a great multitasker but failed miserably at that attempt. The recommended use is 8 ounces in each nostril but I could only handle 4 and I seriously think I swallowed most of it anyway. I'm gonna give it another try tonight though just to see if I can do 16 total ounces. There's very little I wouldn't do to find relief from my itchy nose and uncontrollable sneezing!
Mine isn't animal-themed like this but I kinda wish it was. I think it'd be much easier to pour salt solution into my nasal passages if it was coming from a cute elephant ;)
