Small Town USA!

Sometimes living in a small town is just plain fun... Tuesday was one of those times. I arrived at my parent's house for my weekly Tuesday night slumber party to find quite a few people camping out on my street and barricades on all the side streets. I had completely forgot about the annual Keller Parade! I ran inside, scarfed down some dinner and went out to watch with my Popsy (Mama wasn't feel all that great- pneumonia, but she still came to watch a little). We sat on my Pop's truck and enjoyed the festivites. We had quite a lot of candy and beads thrown at us- Pops knows A LOT of people and they all stopped to say hello and give us some goodies :) It was by far not the best parade, the Keller HS marching band didn't even play, but it was still a good time!

He refuses to pose for pictures but that never stops me from taking them :) I like our flag and the mounted patrol here- so cute!
