Life Is Beautiful

So today was just one of those really annoying days. Here is a brief list of the things that really aggravated me today:
* Tap water- our Ozarka won't be delivered until tomorrow and tap makes me sick!
* Kendra's laugh (from Girls Next Door). It makes me want to rip out my eardrums.

* Not having a dish brush- we mainly use sponges/brillo pads... just one more thing to add to my shopping list.

* Bank of America
* Hallmark- absolutely NO Customer Service.

* Dell Customer Service- transferred 8 times in 15 minutes AND overcharged! ARGH!

* Hobby Lobby cashier. She LIED to me and was rude so I had to have a little chit chat with the Manager. This one is perhaps the most upsetting because it is my favorite store.

However, even though all of these things totally got on my nerves today, it was still a good day. First, my brother in law made VICE PRESIDENT! This is a HUGE accomplishment and we are all so proud of him :). Second (it seems negative but keep reading...), we attended a funeral tonight and it was devastating. My sister and I pretty much wept from the moment we sat down until the when we gave our condolences to the family. I am blessed to have known our family friend who suddenly passed away. He was a wonderful man and I am sad that my father has lost such a great friend. Even with all of this sadness, I feel very grateful for my family and all of our friends. At the end of the day, none of my little annoyances matter- not even a little bit! It was a beautiful day.
